Returns and Refunds Policy

Items can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of receiving for any reason. These include change of mind, does not fit, damaged product, etc.

In order to make a return, please send us an email at sales@natureslureshop.com, describing the issue. Depending on the situation the item may or may not need to be returned to us. We will reply to your email within 1-2 business days and let you know. If the item needs to be returned then we will email you a pre-paid shipping label at no cost to you. Please return the item to us using the shipping label.

If the item does not need to be sent back to us, we will immediately issue a refund on your original payment method.

If the item needs to be sent back to us, we will issue the refund on your original payment method as soon as we receive the item.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
