SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

1. When will I get my items after ordering?

We typically pack and ship your order the same day, or the day after, if received later in the day or on Sunday. For most of our orders the USPS typically delivers within 2-4 days, although there are some rare orders that have taken more than 5 days.

1. How do I use a discount code?

Please click "click to enter discount code and show order summary" at checkout. Then enter code where it says " discount code".

JEWELRY

1. How should I care for my jewelry?

1.Avoid contacting with chemicals

2.Avoid wearing it while taking a bath/shower

3.Avoid violent impact scratches

4.Avoid wearing when sweating

5.Wipe it with a soft cloth

CHAINS

1. What type of chains do you use?

We order our chains in bulk to make our jewelry. Currently, we are using gold filled, sterling silver, gold plated brass, and stainless steel chains.

2. Do the chains fade over time?

The gold filled and stainless steel chain pieces are fairly resistant to fading, while gold plated chains do fade a little over time if used as daily wear. The sterling silver chains can also tarnish a little over time.
